Polar Express

We went on the Polar Express again this year. (well not THIS year, but at Christmas) The kids LOVE doing this. (I have to say though, this time it was FREEZING the whole time. I couldn't feel most of my body. the kids didn't seem to notice) After we are done on the train we get dinner. It is fun. I great tradition I hope to keep up.

Jaxon's Birthday

Okay so it turns out that these top pictures aren't from Jaxon's birthday. But the are cute. Jaxon climbed in the boys laundry basket thing. Then someone picked it up and he was just a ball down in the bottom.

This is Jax's birthday. He had a train cake and got an electric train. And some other things. But he was really into trains at the time. He also got a big truck filled with cars which he loves.

Home Depot

Making cool things from Home Depot is fun. This time Skyler actually just went in the back and got the kits cause we were late. Then we took them home and did them. It is fun to do. ( as is singing a song)

Photo Shoot

My sister did this photo shoot with the kids. I had no idea until I just found the pictures. I love them. There were so many I HAD to make collages. So sorry it is a little crazy.

Ryker is going to be breaking hearts one day.

Well he would be except for the hands in the pants. Ryker wanted to take pictures too so he would tell Caitie how to stand (except it looks like that one is taken by peter)

I don't know what she is doing with the hip action. Uh the kissing of the tire..... I also don't know. Peter climbed this aspen in our old front yard (my mom's old house). all the way to the top.
These are so fun. We are going to do it again some time.

I know

Okay, I know it wasn't nice for me to grab the camera and not help her right away, but it was just too funny. I am cracking up right now just thinking about when it happened. Oh man.

Raking Leaves

Ryker was helping me out and raking up the leaves. Of course that stopped when it wasn't fun any more.


He then tried to block Jocelyn from getting them.

And that naturally didn't work. but seriously who can resist that face.

Ryker then decided to rake them in a pile again and off the swing into them. And I didn't get pictures of it.

Sand box

Jocelyn loves the sand box. As soon as I set her down outside she is off. She (and Jax) will sit in there forever and play.

The one thing I don't like is that all the sand on their pants, socks, shoes, hands, everywhere, comes in my house and then gets everywhere in there. It makes for a lot of sweeping and vacuuming. But hey, you can't say no to so much play time and cute faces.
