Jazz Game

Skyler won tickets to the jazz game for yesterday (Thursday). He had two tickets and we decided that Ryker would LOVE to go. So off they went. They drove up to Sandy and rode the trax. Ryker thought that was super cool. While on the train they stopped. One of the trains got stuck so all the ones behind got stuck too. So they had to wait and missed the tip off. (dang) So they got to the game and as Ryker explained they "went up stairs and then walked and then found the seats" . Ryker got thirsy after awhile so they got a drink and and ice cream. It was funny cause he was so excited he could go sit back in his seat to eat it. So when the third quarter rolled around the Jazz were behind by 13 and Ryker was saying he was tired (the game started at 8:30) . Skyler said if the Jazz were still down by a lot by the fourth quarter they could leave. But once that came Ryker said he wanted to stay and watch the rest. So they stayed and (if you didn't happen to know) the Jazz ened up winning by 2 at the last second!!! So then started to train ride back to Sandy. The train was full so he boys ened up standing. Skyler said that Ryker (being Ryker) talked to people standing around him. He was talking to some people about Spider man for a bit I guess. The guys he was talking to told him to talk his dad into painting his room spider man. (uh, no. and he would have to talk to me about that not Skyler) Once there was a spot to sit down Ryker was out cold. They finally got home a few minutes before one in the morning. We got Ryker ready for bed (which is a task when he is already asleep cause he will not wake up enough to know what is going on. You know peeing in the dish washer???? That will be ryker) Then Skyler left to go to work. But came back a few minutes later. His boss said he could stay home since it was so late/early. So lucky Skyler got 3 extra hours of sleep and got to go to a playoff game. Even more lucky for him, he is going to the game on Saturday too.

Boy that was a long post. Sorry to bore you.

Oh, Skyler took the camera and I told him he wouldn't get many pictures cause the battery was almost dead. Well I guess it was all the way dead. Darn.

Fun with Mia

The kids were playing Ring around the Rosies with my mom.
Okay I know you are wondering why Reagan is in a swimsuit. The kids in the neighborhood were putting water on the slides because they were hot. So some of them were in their suits. Reagan seeing them decided she needed hers on too. I kept telling her to at least put on pants while running around. She would for a minute and then I would turn around again and they would be off. I gave up. Whatever she can be in her suit. It wasn't cold so it was no big deal.

He is just HaNdSoMe!!!!!

The guys trying to figure out the code to make the new garage door opener work. Turns out we need a different one. Stupid people. (Not skyler or dallin)

Motorcylce babies

My mom and Dallin came over to give my kids a job for the wedding (sorting m&ms). So of course while Dallin was there we asked him to help us try to figure out how to get the garage door opener to work. (he is going to stop coming over) So while we were waiting the kids wanted to try out the motorcycle. It was so funny to have Jocelyn on there. She was making the noises and pretending to drive. So here they are being their cute little selves.

She was making the noises here and then we would laugh and she would too. So you get the cute grin.

First tooth

Ryker lost his first tooth. It was quite an experience.

We spent some time around lunch trying to get it out, but he was too antsy and moved around and talked.

I told him if he let me pull it out we could go out to dinner. (he likes doing that now for some reason. must get it from me)

So we talked about and I tried to convince him to let me do it all day. Then Skyler came home..................
He asked Ryker if we were going to do it. Ryker said no. I chased him and said I was going to knock it out. (of course not mean like. who do you think i am.)
SO......... I finally got him to let me try one more time to yank it out with a string and he said okay. So I got the string hooked on pretty good and looked at him and he was scared. I held both his hands and yanked it.
The look of surprise on his face was great. (probably the same look on mine since I had already tried twice)
The best part was that he immediately threw his arms around me and said "I did it!" (he just doesn't do that much any more) He was SO PROUD!!!!
Then we went to Noodles and Company for dinner. (good)

I hope the tooth fairy remembers the money before she goes to bed. (of course she will this is a first for us)

YAHOOO!!!

So it seems I am caught up. (sadly I didn't take as many pictures when I wasn't thinking about blogging) So there you go. Good luck looking through all of them. I made a lot of collages (later on you will see that I wasn't going to do that) sorry about that. I could get SO many more pictures on here that way. Hope you enjoy looking at the things we did in the last seven months.

Easter

They found where the Easter Bunny put their baskets. (He came while we were at church so we could get ready on time) This is the only picture I have of their cute clothes. It is hard to get them to sit still together. I will try on Sunday. Cute though, right?

Paige's birthday

For Paige's birthday she wanted a cookie cake. So Caitie came over and we made it. We made two huge cookies and put ice cream in the middle. It was ssssooooo good. Jocelyn liked the dough.

We went to chuck-e-cheese. It was fun for the kids. Okay the adults had fun too. We played lots of games and got some neat prizes. Then we went to jumping jacks. Also super fun. And we had a pinata. You wouldn't know that she was turning 20. Hey it's never too late to be a kid. Best birthday party ever.

Motorcycle

Grandpa Dallin has motorcycles so I took the kids over one day to go for a ride. Reagan wasn't so sure she liked it. Ryker took to it like the dare devil boy he is.

Sledding

We only went sledding once this year. What is up with that?? Ryker and Reagan had a blast. Jax preferred to just wander around. Jocelyn want to roam around too but doesn't work so well for someone who is going to crawl.
Some of the funniest things happened.
One- Ryker got going down the hill really fast. He just kept going and was heading for a pavilion with a table. We thought that he saw it, but nope... He ran right into it. Smack! on his for head. It was funny and sad.
Two- Ryker was going down the hill again and Reagan was sitting at the bottom. We told Reagan to move so Ryker wouldn't hit her. She moved like 3 inches. Whatever. Well it was three inches the wrong way. Ryker started heading for her but no one could react quick enough. Ryker hit her Smack! right in the back. If we wouldn't have told her to move he probably would have missed her. Also funny and sad. Good thing my kids are tough. Cry for a second and then done and want to do it again. (not the getting hurt part just the sledding)

Pretty Pretty Princess

This is one of the things Reagan got for Christmas. A game called Pretty Pretty Princess. Some how she got all boy Ryker to play. Then once he did he kind of enjoyed it. Such a good sport.

Ryker won cause he got all the pieces first.
They both look nice in their jewlery

Sleepy

Jocelyn is tuckered.

So is uncle Jeremy

Okay so she isn't sleepy in this picture but, come on.

Sleep time??

Jocelyn was supposed to be going to sleep. I don't think so..........

That's okay though. She is super cute.

Christmas outfits

These are pretty much what they wore to the wedding too except the ties. Those didn't match the wedding decor. This was a hard morning before church. Pictures don't work that time of day.

Mom's Wedding

I know people have wanted to see these pictures for a LONG time and I am sorry it took so long.
Here they are........ The pictures of Mom and Dallins wedding.

Random pictures of every body.

The happy couple, family shots, Karin stealing the leftover rolls, fun times.
Ryker wanted the camera again so some of the shots he took. Like the ones with Caitie and Zach being funny and the one on the bottom right. (my favorite and classic of Paige) That was a good day.

Mom in her dress. So pretty. Only tried on two dresses!!! Dallin's family. Cuties!!
I for one an very glad mom was able to find someone so good to be with her forever. I am so happy that she is happy, and hope they can be that way forever. (I already told Dallin that he better be good to her or he will have the wrath of six of kids and at least 5 kids in law after him. :))
